My Story
For more than 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, technology, and organizational transformation.
Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate growth, strengthen operations, improve performance, build stronger teams, and create systems that support sustainable success. My work has spanned consulting leadership, operational excellence, marketing technology, client delivery, process improvement, and organizational strategy.
Along the way, I discovered that the most significant challenges organizations face are rarely technical alone.
Behind every strategy, system, process, and technology are people seeking clarity, connection, trust, and purpose.
Life reinforced that lesson in ways I never expected. Some of my greatest growth has come through uncertainty, loss, reinvention, and the relationships that have shaped who I am. Those experiences changed not only how I lead, but why I lead.
Today, I believe meaningful progress happens when people, systems, and purpose move forward together.

I work with leaders and organizations navigating change, designing stronger operational foundations, and exploring the opportunities and responsibilities that come with intelligent systems. Alongside that work, I write, research, and share practical ideas that help people make sense of an increasingly complex world.
The North Star Co. is expressed through four connected perspectives:
